I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. I am hoping I can find an affordable dental care for myself. I am not sure which is better to get looking for advise. Is cheaper to get dental insurance or a dental plan? Which is better to use in the long run? I am new to having to get dental insurance on my own and just want to stay within my budget of what I can afford. Please advise what you would think is good for a senior citizen to get.

I own a small business with my wife and we have four full time employees and two part time employees. We would like to offer some dental benefits to all our employees. However we can only do so if we can find something that is still affordable. I not sure how to go about getting them some dental benefits. I just like to help them out a little since I can not afford to get them medical benefits right now. Any suggestions?

Like many of my friends I am a full time low income student. With the cost of school I have very little extra money after paying all my bills. I am lucky that I have some medical benefits, but I do not have anything for my dental care. I would like to go to see a dentist for at least a checkup and teeth cleaning since it been a while since I last had that done. Are there any low income dental insurance plans for students?

My mom is 69 and I am looking for a dental insurance plan that I can buy for her dental care. I would like to find a dental insurance plan that does not have long term waiting periods since I do not know if she will need more then just a cleaning and X-rays. I do not mind a yearly max limitation but like it to be at least 2000 or more. I just need a good dental plan that I will take care of my moms dental needs the best. Cost is not to much of an issue since I will be paying for it.

Affordable Dental Health Care is needed in California. I am 25 and yes I do work a full time job in fact I work overtime most week of 35-40 hours. But my job still does not offer dental benefits. Even though I have a job I really only make enough to live and pay my bills not much more then that. I am starting to have some dental issues that need to be address but I worry that I can not afford dental care.
Since I do work so many hours I can not get help when it comes to affordable dental care. My teeth are not terrible but they do need dental care I can not afford to have done. What low cost dental care plans do you have to offer that can help me?

I would like to find a dental insurance with vision benefits? I really could use both dental and vision care right now. I have nothing and I would like to start taking better care of my oral and eye care health. I would need something affordable as I really can not afford to spend too much on dental and vision care insurance. Do you have any thing that would be around $30 a month of both?

The orthodontic dental office I called said they take Delta Dental but when I go to the Costco website the way it is written it is hard to understand if the plan offer coverages for adult braces. I want to know ahead of time since other websites I been too show the braces coverages for child up to age 19. Confused and do not want to buy something that will not work for me.

California Dental students will soon have a new pathway for obtaining initial licensure. Last month the California became the first in the nation to create a dental school-based portfolio examination process.
Once regulations are adopted, students will have the option of taking a school-based licensure exam that allows them to build a portfolio of completed clinical experiences and competency exams in seven subject areas over the entire course of their final year of dental school.
